  • Brief Directions: To get to this lake you go across the Tioga Pass from California Hwy. 395 just outside of Lee Vinging. As you enter the park heading West it will be on the right side of the park road.
  • Best Season: Autumn
  • Description: While leaving Yosemite National Park at sunset on a stormy day I spotted the sun lighting up the mountain and knew it would only last for a moment. I managed to catch the perfect light as the sun shone through the storm clouds to spot light the mountain.
