Description: A beautiful sunset brought me to the White Earth Valley in Western North Dakota, where I attempted to shoot this abandoned homestead into the sunset, without success. I moved around the building to continue shooting the sunset, and as I packed to leave, found that the best light had been behind me the whole time. This image of the perfectly lit grass, the colorful sky, and the definition of the abandoned house was the result.
