Description: I love that this image is typical of my wife at work, for the 8 years we were both working in Uganda. Most meetings with the women always start with singing and dancing, and visitors and quickly included. My wife founded BeadforLife, a poverty eradication project. These women all had been living on less than a dollar a day and now are earning 7 times as much while they learn the skills they will need to be an entrepreneur and start their own businesses. All the children will now get shoes, school fees. The medicines they need and a healthy diet.
