As I woke before sunrise on Ohio Pass only a single cloud was present. As I prepared my gear an almost surreal sight gathered before me on the cool autumn morning. Storm clouds rolled over from the mountains behind just as the sun was rising and one loud boom of thunder filled the valley. It was one of those magical moments where the light and weather met perfectly and I was there to capture it.
The color may seem unreal but be rest assured it was that amazing if not more so in person.
