- Title: Sonoran Glow
- State/Province/Region: Arizona

- Best Season: Summer
- Description: The tail end of a storm creates some dramatic light in the sonoran desert. With cloudy skies all over I was hoping for there to be a break in the clouds. Once I saw the mountains start to ignite I noticed that these barrel cactus began to glow like I've never seen before. There was a very low cloud that filtered some soft light in the foreground and had created some of the most dramatic light I've ever witnessed. The light became more intense afterwards until the sun finally retreated behind the horizon, but this light was special.
