Description

On my recent trip to grand tetons one of the shots I wanted get was from the famous mormon row barns with fall colors but as luck goes there were forest fires every where and visibility was extremely bad to get a shot . I kept trying for 4 continoues days to get a good sunrise shot but all was in vain until my last day in Tetons, I experienced a pretty dramatic scene unfold before me. Along with the early morning fog came the low lying clouds that were dense and for a brief moment I could see the colors in the sky change and a glimpse of the Tetons in the background I took a few shots as the scene unravelled. here is one of the panoramic shots I took. This image is made with 6 images stitched together in Photoshop. I have used some curves and levels adjustment with layer masking and tonal adjustments with a little boost to saturation, its not a HDR shot.
