Description

I went to one of my favorite places to shoot and was dissapointed that i arrived after the golden hour for shooting. I decided to set up my tripod and point it toward the west in hopes of capturing some fleeting rays. To my enjoyment after a long exposure there was a beautiful shade of pink lingering in the atmosphere. I decided to go with a long 89 s exposure and was delighted to see the clouds were streaking leaving interesting lines in the sky. After my first exposure i decided to take out my flashlight and light paint the foreground which turned out to be a very similiar color to the vanishing clouds overhead. Needless to say i arrived deflated and left with my head in the streaking clouds!
