  • Description: Sea Oates glow in the setting sun. A v-shaped formation of Pelicans can be seen flying overhead.
  • Brief Directions: Take US 70 to Atlantic Beach, and then a few miles to Fort Macon State Park.
  • Notes: Fort Macon State Park is the site of an old restored fort. There are many beautiful beaches nearby.
  • Best Season: Summer
