  • Brief Directions: Easy drive about an hour north of Seattle
  • Best Season: Spring
  • Description: Thousands of Snow Geese winter in the Skagit Valley traveling from Wrangellin huge flocks. We also have Dunlins and Tundra Swans that migrate to the area along with Eagles who live here or come to feed when the salmon are spawning in winter. They will return to Wrangell in late April so when visiting the area in March/April a bonus is the daffodil and tulips fields are in bloom.
