Conde Nast Traveler in its January 2012 publication called our signature trip to the Omo Valley a "trophy trip".

We offer photographers of all levels the unique opportunity to capture images of the most visually exciting locations in the world. Those who are interested in photojournalism, portraiture, architecture, anthropology and current affairs will come away with  both great images and a heightened understanding of the places they just explored.

Our groups are kept small and Newsweek photographer John Rizzo provides both individual and group instruction.  Our evening group photo review is always a big hit.  Our in country guides will provide us access so that we can capture exhibition quality images.

On the Ethiopian trip we visit  lip plate wearing, pierced, painted pastoralists who are some of the last African tribes whose culture is still intact.  Epic Photo Tours has made this into an affordable and fun experience for the photo enthusiast!
