Description: We woke to pouring rain but thankfully it stopped by the time we started our hike. We hiked for 3 hours through muddy forest and were rewarded with an hour stay with a family of mountain gorilla. I couldn't believe how close we were to them. This shot was taken within 15 feet of this "Wise One".

whoa........... Gorgeous portrait. I've never seen a reddish egret. I'm about to move to Lakeland, FLA. this Summer. I hope to see one of these beauties first hand. So sad to know this one cannot...
