Description: we climbed on the sacred Lengai mountain in the Masaai region, from midnight to 6 a.m., to see the sunrise from the top. While the view from the top was amazing (you could see the top of the Kilimanjaro mountain soaked in orange light), even better was the purple sky that we saw JUST BEFORE we reached our goal. The day was rising while we were walking on volcanic rocks. The tiny little humans you see in the picture are my wife and our guide.
