Brief Directions: Sultanpur National Park is located in the Indian state of Haryana about 46 km from India's capital New Delhi. It can be reached by taking NH8 (National Highway towards Jaipur) from Delhi to the city of Gurgaon (Haryana)& from there State Route (Old Farukhnagar Road)to Sultanpur National Park.
Notes: Photograph taken around 4:00pm. The moorehens like any other birds get spooked very easily. I approached them very slowly in order to get very close to them.

Sultanpur is a very small national park and is home to a variety of local as well as migratory birds. Apart from the avian population, the park also has Nilgai (Indian antelope) and reptiles.
