The Archer's Bow

  • Title: The Archer's Bow
  • State/Province/Region: New Brunswick
  • Country: Canada
  • Nearest Area: Kingston Peninsula
  • Nearest Town: Quispamsis
  • Brief Directions: The falls are approximately 10 meters in height and offer photographers great views in any season but Spring through Fall is best. Winter makes for an icy hike as it's a fairly steep hill and narrow shoreline to manoeuvre down to the brook and falls.
  • Best Season: Spring
  • Description: The Upper Moss Glen Falls are near the end of the Puddington Lake Brook just before it flows into the Kennebecasis River. The falls are only a 5 minute drive from the Gondola point cable ferry heading west on route 845.
  • Gear: Canon 50D & EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM, Cokin polarizing filter, 055 Manfrotto Tripod & 168 Ball Head. ISO 100, 1.6 sec, @f/13. Focal Length 24mm
