Sunset In Angkor

  • Title: Sunset In Angkor
  • State/Province/Region: Yukon
  • Country: Cambodia
  • Nearest Town: Siem Reap
  • Best Season: Autumn
  • Description: In the autumn of 2007 we enjoyed the sunset over Angkor. We got married that day in Siem Reap, by 2 Monks. Sandra (my wife) and I met one year earlier on the Full Moon party!in Thailand, I preposed to her in Halong bay one week before we got the chance for this Buddhist wedding. The Monks Samouern and Sheiha became our friends and we visited them again in 2008, 2012 and perhaps in our 8th trip to Asia since 2006 we will stop over again in Cambodia! We are living a backpackers love story!!!

I like the realism of your image. So many now are not realistic. The composition is great and just the right amount of post processing. Beautiful.

Beautiful rich colors Carla! Always love seascape images! Very nice blend of the sand/rocks/water!
