  • Title: Hickatee Road Kids
  • State/Province/Region:
  • Country: Belize
  • Nearest Area: Southern Belize
  • Nearest Town: Punta Gorda
  • Brief Directions: Hickatte Road in the south end of Punta Gorda, Belize
  • Notes: This family I found out was very poor, after a day of fishing I gave them a few of the extra that would not get eaten before I left. later to find out what I gave them was close to a months wages worth of fish.
  • Best Season: Winter
  • Description: These two boys live with there family of 5 in the house in the background. While staying down the road, I would walk by there house every day to get into town. Here the younger brother was so excited to get his picture taken with the older one. There shy and mentally challenge sister peeks from behind the front door. She would always try and hide as I walked by.
