Orchid Closeup

  • Title: Orchid Closeup
  • State/Province/Region: Washington
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Town: Bremerton
  • Notes: Flower pictures are where you find them, aren't they? This was at my mom's house. My wife and I had just gotten her this orchid at some mudane place like the grocery store. It really was lovely, and I had my camera and all the gear I would need for an extreme closeup. Tripod, extension tubes, cable release. Available light by the window. Getting enough depth of field is the usual problem. I'll have to try image stacking to increase depth of field. Once everything is in place, you just frame it up and shoot. I also cropped this one.
