Corona Arch Reflection

  • Title: Corona Arch Reflection
  • State/Province/Region: Utah
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Town: Moab
  • Brief Directions: Moab, to Potash Road, follow to parking lot for Corona Arch
  • Best Season: Autumn
  • Description: On our way up to Corona Arch we encountered a downpour of rain and had to wait it out in a little nook in the rocks, but the benefit we soon realized was great reflection shots in the pools left behind! Haven't seen any reflection shots at this particular arch before! Used Live View mode since the camera had to basically be on the ground to encompass the full composition that I wanted.

I like the realism of your image. So many now are not realistic. The composition is great and just the right amount of post processing. Beautiful.

Beautiful image. I really like the leading lines to the peak.

Beautiful rich colors Carla! Always love seascape images! Very nice blend of the sand/rocks/water!

Thank you kindly Laura! I'm sorry for not responding sooner, as it's hard to get to a computer right now. I always enjoy the Spring with wonderful colors. I look forward to sharing some new Spring...

Holly Molly that is just beautiful. That needs to be on the cover of OP magazine. Probably the most awesome image I have seen on here to date.
