  • Notes: On Oct. 1, 2010 my wife and I paddled the Dordogne River for a distanc of 15km earlier in the day. This photo of the river was taken in the late afternoon across from the medieval hillside town of Beynac, one of the many picturesques villages we enjoyed the view of from our canoe on the river.
