Lackawanna Fun

  • Title: Lackawanna Fun
  • State/Province/Region: New York

  • Nearest Area: Jersey City NJ, New York, New York
  • Nearest Town: NewYork
  • Best Season: Summer
  • Description: This is great. I did a Dinner cruise along the Hudson. I not only do Dinner cruises in San Francisco, I also enjoy them in New York. This was done in August for my birthday right after the London Olympics and it was a great party on the ship. Lackawanna boat house/ or factory right on the Hudson river. Different sites were right there. I took these with a bridge camera or compact camera as they are called now. Mine is a Fujifinepix HS25EXR. I love this camera. I do not have the bulky camera bag or lenses to change for my pictures. I love the clarity. I like the zoom. I never quite see it in the mainstream. I find them the hidden gem. It is light weight and everything i need between dslr and point and shoot.

Thanks Paul and Lorenzo! This is one of those scenes that a camera will never do justice to-there was nothing like being there.
