  • Description: a mountaineering trip to Denali, flew in to Kahiltna Glacier by ski equiped bush plane, the route was up same as for West Buttress route until the north east fork of the Kahiltna glacier is reached then we went up this toward the south face of Denali to the West Rib of south face of Denali , this was photoed from a camp at 16,500 ft 1981

    David, My favorite NP and I regret not getting there this summer. Very nice image with reflection of the sun struck Hallet Peak and anchor boulder in the foreground. I don't think it will look...
