  • Description: Benton Crossing road juts eastward from Hwy 395 just south of Mammoth Lakes, CA. Heading East on Benton Crossing Rd toward the Owens River the White Mountains are in front of you. This day there was a afternoon thunderstorm brewing, however there was a bright ray of light that illuminated the valley floor near the Owens River.
