Davenport Ii

  • Title: Davenport Ii
  • State/Province/Region: California
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Town: Davenport
  • Best Season: Winter
  • Description: After a long day of shooting last Saturday we ended up at the beach in Davenport and got to witness one of the most vibrant sunsets I've ever seen. I haven't gotten to mess with color like this in quite some time--to the point where I actually had to stand back and consider desaturating this one. I decided to leave those colors as they were.

Another wonderful image of Owens Valley Laura! I'll be heading through the area tomorrow on my way up to June Lake and the like for quick photo trip. Hoping for a bit of snow!

Very colorful capture David! I agree, it's a great place to visit/photograph. It's a shame that the "middle bridge" gave way. Would have been neat to work with the entire area. Still a fabulous...
