Brief Directions: Take Highway 101 north from Orick to Davison Road, follow Davison Road to Gold Bluffs Beach. The trailhead is at the end of the road. Check at the park visitor's center for current road conditions, as Davison Road can sometimes be very rough.
Notes: A tripod is a must as there is not much light in the canyon, even during the day. Sandals or rubber boots are also needed...you will be walking IN the creek in the canyon!
Best Season: Spring
Gear: Tripod and hiking sandals (Teva's) or rubber boots
