A Room With A View

  • Title: A Room With A View
  • State/Province/Region: California
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Area: Twenty nine Palms
  • Nearest Town: Joshua Tree
  • Best Season: Spring
  • Description: On a weekend trip to Joshua Tree N.P The club spent our days scouting various spots that would yield something a little different than your average landscape with beautiful Joshua trees and yuccas. Near Barker Dam is an old structure that I thought made interesting foreground and framing for the landscape behind it. June's early afternoon light and a billowy sky were key to this shot.
  • Gear: Canon XTi, Canon 18-55mm lens, Bogen Manfrotto tripod.
