  • Description: A majestic sight of a Great Blue Heron peacefully resting under a cypress tree photographed in the Everglades Free-Flight Aviary at Flamingo Gardens in Davie, Florida. With a permanent injury in one of his wings this beautiful bird is receiving shelter, care, food, and love for life - flamingogardens.org - I am a proud volunteer bringing awareness of their noble and silent work through my photography.

Very nice set of "Arches" Stephen. Wasn't sure, but thought someone said one of the famous landmarks fell? Really enjoyed the "Double Windows" when there!
