  • Description: I always like traveling to this area along Farrington Highway. The West Shore is not so much tourist-oriented, but the locals retain the relaxed friendly Hawai'ian attitude. The shoreline and scenery is more rugged, not as cultivated, and the trail which takes up at the end of the highway will eventually lead the hardy traveller to the North Shore.
