Winter At The Public Launch

  • Title: Winter At The Public Launch
  • State/Province/Region: Maine
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Area: Mid Coast Maine
  • Nearest Town: Boothbay Harbor
  • Best Season: Winter
  • Description: This shot was taken during a winter storm in Boothbay Harbor. With over a foot of snow on the ground, and more falling, I drove around my area looking for good stock images. The snow covered sign to the Boothbay Harbor boat public boat launch, is in stark contrast to how people usually see this sign, in the middle of summer with lots of tourists around!

Tom, I think I may have hit a single star by mistake on another one of your pictures. I was on my iPad and the screen is so small I hit it by mistake. I give this picture 5 stars. It is kind of bs...

Love your shot. Takes me back to my youth on the farm, I can smell the corn field.
