U.s.s. Salem "sea Witch"

  • Title: U.s.s. Salem "sea Witch"
  • State/Province/Region: Massachusetts
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Area: Quincy Harbor
  • Nearest Town: Quincy
  • Brief Directions: 93 south toward Boston. Quincy Harbor
  • Notes: My Son and I ( plus over 100 Cub Scouts ) were fortunate enough to spend one night inside this WWII Vessel. We were allowed to roam all over this ship the next morning, places where the usual public is not allowed. My one regret is that during a climb up ladders into the radio tower, I had forgot to zip my sweatshirt pocket and my Olympus went hurdling down and broke completely.
  • Best Season: Summer

Stunning shot Terry. Love the clouds and drama they bring to the picture. Lorenzo

Thanks Laura, really appreciate it. I have printed it large several times, and really shines. We'll see!

Wow, this is just spectacular, and reading the backstory makes it even more so. I hope I see this in a double spread!
