  • Brief Directions: Take US 395 south from Reno, NV to State Highway (SH) 431 and turn right. Travel on to SH 28 and turn left and go 5 miles the San Harbor State Park.
  • Notes: Best time to go is the evening of a breaking snow storm. The fresh snow on the boulders and the evening light filtering through the clouds make for awsome images. This is my favorite place to photograph Lake Tahoe.
  • Best Season: Winter
