Notes: I had only moved to New Mexico 2 days before the snow. I was super excited when I woke up to see it falling! This tree is on Cannon AFB, where I'm stationed.
Best Season: Winter
Description: Shot during a snowy sunset in Clovis, NM. Snow had started to thaw during the day, but was refreezing as the sun went down, so the tree was covered in ice. The red lights on the branch tips were a nice surprise from Ma Nature for me; reflections from the setting sun. I didn't see it until I looked at the image in my computer.
Gear: Nikon D80, Sigma 17-70mm lens
