Description: I have named this image Amnesty in hopes that this beautiful planet will grant forgiveness to the humans that inhabit it and take it for granted. A plea of sorts to the only National Park in Oregon. A one hour drive starting at 4:30 in the morning from Diamond Lake lodge followed by a 35 minute snowshoe allowed me just enough time to catch this sunrise on a cold, windy day. Forgetting to replace the tripod adapter on my camera was not helpful in trying to capture images.
