Description: an early morning at the Japanese gardens in Portland Or. Rainy and saturated grounds, the garden keepers were working keeping the pond clean, spotless, and heavenly looking. i choose to shoot this surreal photo using very little color and later adding in a dose of white overlay and removing all the reds and some yellow tints. The photo printed out in such heavenly light dream like colors.
Gear: Canon eos 7d camera, canon 10-22mm ultra wide lens, polarizer, manfrotto swivelhead tripod, effects created in adobe photoshop cs3

whoa........... Gorgeous portrait. I've never seen a reddish egret. I'm about to move to Lakeland, FLA. this Summer. I hope to see one of these beauties first hand. So sad to know this one cannot...
