Description: Pennsylvania is home a wild elk herd that can be found in the north-central area of the state. I ty to make a pilgrimage to this area, known as the PA Wilds, at least once a year. You never know what kinds of wildlife that you will see in this area. This day I was lucky enough to find a small herd of elk in a wooded valley.
Gear: Nikon P3 attached to a Nikon ED50 spotting scope in a digiscope arrangement.

Thanks Lorenzo for the kind words on Oregon. I thought I'd share this shot also of Kauai. I know Laura is planning a trip there, so I tried to add some images for her to take a look at!
