  • Notes: Watch out for alligators - stay on the road!

  • Description: Tidal creek meanders through the estuary through lush spartina (marsh grass ) providing a perfect view of the Low Country, and material for very atmospheric photos. During summer the grass is deep green changing to golden in September. Egrets and herons are summer residents and are usually cooperative for photographers here. Scene is ideally oriented for sunset shots.
  • Gear: Wide angle lens and graduated filter.
