Morning On The Escalante

  • State/Province/Region: Utah
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Area: Escalante Staircase Ntl Monument
  • Best Season: Autumn
  • Description: Early November, with storms passing us by - this was just before sunbreak. There was a cloud cover to the east with only the slimmest break at the horizon. This let warm light sweep through for a brief moment creating these subtile pastel colors.

Your studying paid off well! The light is perfect, love the long view and having Saturn so bright is a wonderful touch.
