Description: We were going as a family whale watching when the boat'e engine broke down. We were put on another vessel to visit Vancouver. On the wat there in the middle of Puget Sound, on a day where the temperature was about 50 degrees and freezing on trhe water, I saw this sailboat slowly making its way through the sound. I jumped on deck, took the shot and went back in. Frozen but happy with the outcome.

whoa........... Gorgeous portrait. I've never seen a reddish egret. I'm about to move to Lakeland, FLA. this Summer. I hope to see one of these beauties first hand. So sad to know this one cannot...
