Description: Second Beach on the Olympic Peninsula has one of the most impressive vistas I've seen, with some of the biggest sea stacks dotting the beach, each one supporting its own mini-biome of trees and plants. A standard-frame shot of this beach cannot possibly convey its grandeur, so I chose a pano shot instead. This beach is also fogged in as often as not, so we were delighted on this evening to have colorful partly cloudy skies, which served to further open up the scene visually.
