Relationship

  • Title: Relationship
  • State/Province/Region: Washington
  • Country: United States
  • Nearest Area: Waterfront
  • Nearest Town: Seattle
  • Brief Directions: Find Ivar's on Seattle waterfront, Pier 56, I think, buy some fries, and settle in for some fun with the gulls.
  • Description: I caught the light just right when feeding the seagulls recently on Seattle waterfront. Seattle has such amazing light sometimes, so soft. The light turns this shot into something more intimate between girl and bird, hence the title I chose. I have been limited to just my little Powershot lately, as the DSLR is heavy, and I am on crutches for the time being. That is not a bad thing, as this is one thing this camera handles really well.

Thank you very much, Lorenzo! I was pretty happy to see those clouds coming in from the west as I was quickly setting up pre-sunset to get this side of the lighthouse. Thank you! --Jim--
