Description: St. Peter's Dome, aka Old Baldy, is one of many autumn destinations in northern Wisconsin. It is an almost two mile hike (one way), uphill all the way. Not the easiest spot to get to, but worth the trek, as long as one brings enough provisions.. Along the way you can check out Morgan Falls, another of my all time favorites. You can see many miles from the top of the hill, including Lake Superior about 25-30 miles north.
