Fall Finch

Nikon D7000, Sigma 500mm

Sometimes I sit in the backyard watching the activity at the edge of the woods. We have bird feeders and a birdbath. There was much activity among the Chickadees and Titmice. Out of nowhere I began to hear the sweet sound of this Yellow Finch. I finally spotted it flitting in the trees in front of me. I have to sit quietly on my deck so I zoomed in with a Sigma 500mm and then cropped it to get the bird with the beautiful Fall bokeh which looks more like a painting than a photo.
