Down By The River

The Salmon River slows in one of the side channels between the town of North Fork and Shoup, Idaho. The autumn colors were still at peak along this channel. The fishing along this stretch is excellent and on this day there were plenty of anglers out enjoying the day. If you are ever in the Salmon area, it is worth the drive north to North Fork and over to the old Shoup store. Very beautiful area in Idaho.
