North Cheyenne Creek, Autumn 2016

North Cheyenne Canyon is a sheer walled, narrow canyon in southwest Colorado Springs. Through it runs North Cheyenne Creek. The canyon receives intermittent sun but on this day a fog prevented direct sun. However, as the fog was receeding the diffused light created a vibrant scene of colors as the remaining yellow and gold aspen leaves were complemented by the evergreens.
