Description
The number of abstract opportunities in the Painted Hills are almost endless, This particular shot was taken from a fair distance away on a ridge with a telephoto lens in an attempt to get a different perspective. I also attempted to capture an area that got away from the more predominant red hues associated with the painted hills area. It is estimated to have taken somewhere between 33 and 40 million years to create this amazing landscape....
