Description
I almost didn't stop. Heading back from an early morning hike to photograph the amazing spring wildflower bloom, I had run out of time. When I noticed a single daisy poking through the slats of a neighbor's fence I kept walking, but something told me to reverse my steps and take one more photo. The idea for the shot was pretty simple; highlight the daisy through a narrow depth of field (f 2.8) and allow the wood fence to fade into a soft blur. I'm glad I stopped.
