This is Latourell Creek in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. It's the small stream that creates Latourell Falls, one of the major gorge waterfalls and the closest one to Portland. There are a lot of small hidden gems among the huge, iconic gorge waterfalls. Latourell Creek is one of them. There is even an "upper" Latourell falls!
