Assignment #291: Black-And-White Landscapes
Converting an image to black-and-white can completely change its tone, mood and feeling. It can often be a great practice to help a photographer overcome a creative block. For this week’s assignment, we want you to explore your monochrome vision. Give your favorite landscape scenes a fresh look by first envisioning them in black-and-white, photographing them, and then converting your final images to monochrome. Deadline to submit images is June 14.—Kristan Ashworth, Managing Editor
The winning images from our weekly assignments are featured on the OP Blog, as well as our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.
