Description

The Cheekye river flows into the larger Cheakamus river in Paradise Valley, North of Squamish, British Columbia. The fall and winter months bring vast numbers of Bald Eagles that come to feast on the offerings of the Salmon runs. Fall colours line the rivers as the season slowly changes, and with the arrival of Winter comes the snow and ice that really add majesty to the scenery. River floats are a popular way to view the mountains, eagles, bears and other wildlife in the area from new perspective.
