Description

Late afternoon sun strikes Cape Kiwanda's headlands as the remnants of a spent wave create the appearance of a waterfall coming out of the wall. The angle of view, perpendicular to the headlands, provides the overlapping appearance of the individual bluffs creating depth to the composition as well as showing the surge and retreat of waves with a trough forming a leading line to the falls, the center of attention.
