Description

Bryce Canyon is no stranger to snow, but the snow tends to melt quickly from the hoodoos given the plentiful sunshine in the area and the extreme angles of the hoodoos. As such, capturing snow--especially a lot of snow--on the hoodoos is quite unusual. We were lucky enough to visit after a significant snowstorm that left nearly two feet of snow in the Bryce Canyon area--and visited soon enough to see the splendor of the hoodoos covered in heavy snow.
